Airport, train station or bus station Pick-Up
Your comfort is very important to us. We know what it is like to spend many hours on a bus, train or plane and how tired you might be. For your convenience there will be somebody from our staff waiting for you at the place you arrive. We will take you directly to the place you will be staying, so that we can answer any questions you might have and give you the Prague survival kit with all the necessary things you might need in the first couple of days (Map, transportation tickets, Prague guidebook,...) Then you can enjoy the rest of the day however you want – wandering around the city centre, meeting with other students in town or maybe just hanging out at your new home.
Free Czech courses
Even though many people in Prague speak English, a little bit of the local language always comes handy at some point. We provide you with free Czech lessons throughout the entire course so you can continue improving your Czech language skills. You may even choose to continue studying Czech at our school after you are finished with the TEFL course. Please note however that you attend these courses on a voluntary basis. When you decide you know enough of the language you may quit or skip classes whenever you want.
Orientation Tour
Mastering the maze of Prague’s little narrow streets in and around the center takes a little bit of practice to get to know your way to your favorite restaurant or pub. To help you in the very beginning and so that you know a little bit of the history of this beautiful old city we will take you on an orientation tour of the city center and Prague Castle in the first couple of days. We will show you where you can go shopping, how to use the public transportation system and many other useful things.Read more about life in Prague.
Graduation Party
When you finish the course and receive your certificate you become an TEFL Teacher. You may stay in Prague and start teaching or travel around the world and wherever you go you might start working as a qualified English teacher. However, before you do all this, we would like to invite you to your graduation dinner where all the students share their experience gained throughout the course at Tutor.
Job guarantee

If you get a grade A from our TEFL course you are guaranteed a job at Tutor and you may teach 20 classes a week (ranging from individuals to groups of many students). With 20 classes you earn enough money to pay for your accommodation, food, entertainment and other necessities – of course depending on your spending habits (see Life in Prague section written by a TEFL graduate). If you pass but don’t get an A don’t worry!
