In order for you to feel comfortable not only at our school but also at your new place, whether it is a private room or a private apartment, we know we have to take our time to find the apartment that will suit you best. When you fill out the application please don’t hesitate and tell us everything that is important to you concerning your new place (the price, the size, the location, private room or private apartment). When we have all this information we will do our best to find exactly what you need.

   

The monthly rent might be anywhere from 200 Euros for a private room in a location outside of center to 700 Euros for a private apartment in the very center of Prague. We recommend students to share an apartment in a nice location close to the center (approximately 7-15 minutes by metro or tram) like Letna (area surrounded by parks and a variety of bars and restaurants), or Vinohrady (charming area with older buildings on top of a little hill with a park and a big expat community) The price is around 300 Euros for a private room per month and you can share the kitchen and bathroom with fellow TEFL students. We might require a deposit for your housing – if requested by the landlord. 

   

If you stay in Prague for a longer period of time, and decide to sign a 6 or 12 month lease, the housing is much cheaper. If you decide to stay in Prague after your course we will help you find a new place or sometimes you might stay in the place you have been staying before – pending an agreement with the owner.
